- Perishable Products — No Physical Returns**
Seafood items cannot be returned once delivered. For health and safety reasons, we do not accept returns of fresh or frozen products.
- Freshness & Quality Guarantee**
If your order arrives damaged, spoiled, incorrect, or incomplete, you may be eligible for:
- Refund (full or partial)
- Store credit
- Replacement shipment
All resolutions are handled on a case-by-case basis.

4.: Shipping Delays & Delivery Issues
We ship orders with insulated packaging and trusted carriers. However:
Carrier Delays
- If the delay is due to a carrier issue, we will review the condition of the product and may issue a refund or replacement as appropriate.
Customer Errors
Refunds or replacements will not be offered if the delay or non-delivery is due to:
- Incorrect or incomplete address
- Missing delivery instructions
- Failure to retrieve the package promptly after delivery
5. Order Cancellations
- Orders can be canceled within 1 hour of purchase.
- After this window, cancellation may not be possible as your seafood may already be packed and prepared for shipping.
6. Non-Refundable Situations
We cannot issue refunds for:
- Dislike of taste, texture, or appearance
- Products discarded before photo documentation is provided
- Failure to follow proper storage and handling guidelines
- Delays caused by incorrect customer information
7. Refund Processing
